Lise Powers, P.E., founder, president, and sole owner, possesses over 21 years of experience in the design and analysis of a wide variety of water resources and environmental projects for both the public and private sectors.  These capabilities and qualifications enable her to provide clients with the requisite theoretical skills and the practical perspective on proposed projects.  These practical skills are underpinned by an impressive formal education which includes both a B.S. Civil Engineering degree form the University of Moncton-New Brunswick and a M.S. in Water Resources from Arizona State University.
