Provided professional engineering services for the design of a large culvert replacement project for the Indianapolis Department of Public Works. The recommended alternative included the replacement of the existing structure with a n18' x 7' reinforced concrete box culvert to meet current drainage standards and minimize environmental impacts. Powers developed the construction drawings and details, as well as assisted with project bidding and performed construction administration services.
