Louisville MSD 20 Year Comprehensive Facility Plan

Provided professional engineering consulting services for the development of a 20-year Comprehensive Facility Plan (Plan), integrating recent engineering studies, planning documents, and other pertinent reports to provide a consolidated Plan and develop long-term capital and operating programs for each of MSD’s areas of responsibility and aid in defining utility-wide infrastructure needs and prioritizations. The Plan is divided in volumes which address Programmatic Planning, Stormwater and Drainage, Wastewater, Flood Protection and Emergency Contingency Plans for Property.
