PERs for EWSU Refresh Evansville Program

Provided professional engineering services to support the planning and design of future water distribution system projects, including the preparation of multiple Preliminary Engineering Reports (PERs) for various infrastructure projects. The PERs were required to meet strict guidelines to qualify for State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan funding from the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA).
