Refresh Evansville Program Management

Powers Engineering served as a member of the Program Management team responsible for the implementation of the Utility’s “Refresh Evansville” Program to support the planning and design of future water distribution system projects. As part of Powers Engineering’s scope of services, prepared multiple PERs, or portions of PERs, for various infrastructure projects for submittal to the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) for funding.
