Valley Downs Inflow & Infiltration Reduction Project

Provided professional engineering services for the design of sanitary sewer system inflow and infiltration reduction improvements in the Valley Downs separate sanitary sewer basin. Inspected sewer main camera footage, manhole inspection reports, smoke testing results, and private property inspections. Prepared design documents and cost estimates and identified easement acquisition needs. Verified the accuracy of inflow and infiltration field estimates through analysis and comparison to inflow and infiltration derived from flow monitoring data. The rehabilitation included 89 point repairs, CIPP lining of over 47,000 LF of sewer mains, rehabilitation of 252 associated manholes, and the reinstatement of approximately 700 laterals.
