White River North Water Treatment Plant Expansion

Powers served in the Deputy Project Management role for this complex project to expand treatment capacity from 34 MGD to 59 MGD. Powers also facilitated project permitting and provided quality assurance reviews on major deliverables. Assisted with progress meeting facilitation and documentation, drafting technical memoranda, coordination and oversight of design deliverables, and other miscellaneous tasks to maintain project progress. Coordinated between multidisciplinary design teams members, managed schedules and deliverables, assisted with quality control processes, and facilitated communication between stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Assembled permit application packages and completed required public involvement activities to obtain necessary approvals from multiple state agencies and local authorities.
